PERSONAL DETAILS

After completing my schooling in 1968, I joined Y.M.C.A Crafts Training Centre in Nairobi for one and a half years. While in Y.M.C.A I learnt Commercial Arts and Fine Arts. I developed wide interests in Batik Techniques and Others.

After Training I worked under YMCA a period of approximately two years. I was charged with the responsibility of Marketing and Selling Artworks both locally and overseas.

I later left Y.M.C.A and decided to do my own art work independently, my work got its way to Nairobi Galleries.
